Product features

1. The core:
All adopt high quality grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet, all inclined without hole binding structure, the iron core is multi-step ladder, three or five joints, low void loss, low noise;The coiling iron core is directly wound by special equipment, without joint and Angle weight, which reduces the magnetoresistance and reduces the air loss.
2. The tank:
Is made of high qualified steel plate welding and become, such as elliptic shape, structure, heat dissipation component adopts chip radiator, expand the radiator or corrugated tank, fuel tank and reliable sealing experiment was carried out in the factory, both inside and outside surface after pickling, phosphating treatment, both inside and outside surface of three times primer, paint spraying again, product has, hot and humid, salt mist prevent mould, beautiful durable, enhance the operation reliability.
3. Energy saving
Due to the special structure of the core and the annealing process of rolling high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheet with crystal orientation, the no-load loss, no-load current and noise of this series of transformers are reduced by 30%, 70% and 8 db respectively compared with the same capacity S9.
