Main Functions And Features

Scb11 epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer is safe, flame-retardant, fire-resistant and pollution-free. With the feature of maintenance free and easy installation, it can be directly installed in the load center. After shutdown, it can be restarting without pre-drying due to good moisture-proof performance. It performs with low loss, low partial discharge and low noise. Under forced air-cooling condition, it can operate at 120% of rated load. Its perfect temperature protection control system provides reliable grantee for safe operation of this transformer. The reliability index of the product reaches the advanced level in China.

Transformer Structure
1. The iron core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet.
2. Epoxy resin cast and sealing technique reduces no-load loss, no-load current and noise.
3. Temperature control system and air-cooling system adopts top-blowing cross flow fan, which has the characteristics of low noise, high wind pressure, beautiful look, etc.
4. The adoption of intelligent temperature controller improves the safety and reliability of the transformer.
5. Shell further protects the transformer safety. Options of the protection level are IP20, IP23, etc., and choice of shell material includes but no limited to aluminum alloy, cold-rolled steel plate, stainless steel.
6. The low-voltage outgoing line can be standard bus outgoing, side outgoing and top outgoing. Special customized outgoing way is available.

We absorbed foreign advanced experience in electrical equipment production and independently designed and developed a series of substation equipment, which realized the automation and intelligence of the substation, and of which the performance has been highly recognized by the user at home and abroad. In the following five years, the company plans to build an intelligent workshop with an annual output of 100000 transformers.Then,the intelligent robot will replace 80% of the existing labor force, which will greatly improve the production efficiency, lower production cost, and produce more energy-saving, environmentally friendly, more safe and reliable the product for the users!
