1. All of them are made of high quality grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The iron core is of multi-stage stepped structure, with three or five joints, low air loss and low noise; The coil core is directly wound by special equipment, without joint and angle weight, reducing magnetic resistance and low air loss; The amorphous alloy transformer core is a kind of higher quality core material. Compared with the traditional silicon steel sheet, the average air loss is reduced by 72%, and the no-load current is 50%.
2. It is made of high-quality QQ acetal enamelled round copper wire and flat copper coin drawn by oxygen-free copper rod. Its forms include cylinder type, continuous type, new spiral type, split type, etc. it has sufficient electrical strength, mechanical strength and heat dissipation capacity. In order to increase the short-circuit resistance of transformer, higher quality self-adhesive transposed conductor can be used. The coil is made of self-adhesive acetal enamelled flat wire. After being wound into a coil, the enamelled flat wires are mutually bonded to form a rigid coil, which can withstand greater bending stress, thus enhancing the short-circuit resistance of the transformer. The biggest characteristic of the self-adhesive transposed conductor is that it can reduce the loss of the transformer. Because of the multi split conductor and transposition, it can greatly reduce the eddy current loss and circulation loss, reduce the temperature rise of the hot spot of the winding, and make the temperature distribution of the whole winding more uniform.
3. It is welded with high-quality steel plate and has elliptical and rectangular structure. The radiator element is chip radiator, expansion radiator or corrugated oil tank. The oil tank has reliable sealing test in the factory. After pickling and phosphating treatment, the inner and outer surfaces are sprayed with three times of primer and one time of finish paint. Technical Documents: Original operation and service manuals, the service manual is completed with wiring diagram, block diagram and trouble shooting information. d. Installation Usually, clients can do the installation and operation by themselves when following the detailed English user manual. If clients want our technician do this work, please read the following terms: The initial installation is not included with the professional HFY team member. All installation with the Hengfengyou team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled. While Hengfengyou team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below. When initial installation is being called for the Hengfengyou team required, the surcharge will be made in advance by the purchase at US$100/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses; local and destination transportation charges (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation (minimum of 3 star hotel facility) and 3 daily meals.
