Product introduction

The capacity range of 12kV class S11 full seal power transformer is 30kva-2500kva. In 12kV, 50Hz power transmission and distribution system, it can be widely used in high-rise buildings, commercial centers, subways, airports, stations, industrial and mining enterprises, drilling platforms, especially in places with high fire protection requirements such as inflammables and explosives, and in places with poor environment. It can also be used for power and lighting in residential areas, commercial streets and rural areas.

Product features

-Long service life, maintenance free operation. The fully sealed transformer insulates the contact of oil fish and air, greatly reduces the aging speed of insulation and improves the service life.

-The product is designed with compact structure and low running noise. Due to the use of new materials and new processes, noise reduction, no oil conservator, the height is lower than similar products. No oil change is needed in the normal service life, which improves the safety and reliability of operation in the network.

-Corrugated mailbox has small volume and beautiful appearance. The tank of S11 power transformer adopts corrugated heat dissipation. When the oil temperature changes, the elastic expansion and contraction of the corrugated sheet with volume change will adjust the compensation.

-No hanging core and oil detection. When the transformer is packaged, the vacuum filter oil process is used to completely remove the moisture in the transformer oil. After sealing, the inner part of the transformer does not contact with the air, effectively preventing the insulation performance degradation caused by oxygen and moisture entering the transformer.
