Ring main unit switchgear t is used for a complete power distribution device for 11kV, three-phase, AC and 50 HZ single bus bar and single-busbar section system, is primarily applied for the power supply of power plant, power receiving and distribution of transmission and transformation substation, power distribution of the mineral enterprises and other situations, as well as the control, protection, monitor under the environment with high humidity (or condensation), high altitude, high pollution class and so on.

HXGN15-12L HV switchgear metal enclosed AC ring main unit is a new HV apparatus which introduced from abroad and accord with the requirement of rural distribution and city distribution in nation. Main switch, operation mechanism and component use the SFL-12 model SF6 switch equipment produced by ABB company or FLN36-12D model SF6 switch equipment produced by our company. Also can use the HAD/US model SF 6 circuit breaker or VD4-S model vacuum circuit breaker produced by company ABB according to requirement of customer operation type is manual and motor.
Application
This switchgear is our company introduced advanced technology and a new generation of high voltage electrical products in accordance with the requirements of domestic rural and urban network renovation ,designed and developed. The strict type test and long-term operation of the examination, the technical performance indicators all meet IEC298 and GB2906 standards. FLN36-12D type SF6 switchgear operating mechanism of main switch, ring network cabinet and components using the original SFG12/24(ABB), SC6(Schneider) or Our FLN36-12D. ABB's original HAD/US type SF6 circuit breaker or VD4-S type vacuum circuit breaker are also available. The operating mode is divided into manual and electric.

b. Training
We will provide free training to your technician free of charge at our factory site in Shanghai, China. The total training period would be 2 working days. All travel and related expensed would be at the purchaser's expense.
c. Technical Documents:
Original operation and service manuals, the service manual is completed with wiring diagram, block diagram and trouble shooting information.
d. Installation
Usually, clients can do the installation and operation by themselves when following the detailed English user manual. If clients want our technician do this work, please read the following terms:
The initial installation is not included with the professional HFY team member. All installation with the Hengfengyou team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
While Hengfengyou team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below.
When initial installation is being called for the Hengfengyou team required, the surcharge will be made in advance by the purchase at US$100/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses; local and destination transportation charges (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation (minimum of 3 star hotel facility) and 3 daily meals
