Product introduction

As the most widely used power facility, power transformers have a wide variety of types and are of great significance to energy conservation and emission reduction. The S13 fully-sealed oil-immersed power transformer is currently the main selection product for power distribution equipment, with significant energy-saving effects. At present, mainstream distribution transformers generally use S13 laminated core power transformers.

It adopts a fully oil-filled sealed type, no oil conservator, and a corrugated sheet box structure. The volume of the transformer changes due to changes in temperature and load, which is completely adjusted by the corrugated oil tank. Its no-load loss is much lower than that of S9, and it is resistant to lightning impact It has strong short-circuit resistance, obvious energy-saving effect, and reduces the overall size of the transformer.

The S13 transformer is made of high-permeability oriented silicon steel sheet with a thickness of 0.27-0.30mm and a unit iron loss of 1w/kg, while the new S9 type is an ordinary silicon steel sheet with a thickness of 0.30-0.35mm and a unit iron loss of 1.20 -1.55w/kg. The S13 distribution transformers produced by our company all use 30P series high-permeability oriented silicon steel, using foil-wound coils and new insulating materials and processes. The product is resistant to high temperature, impact, and fully sealed structure design to ensure the stability of transformer oil quality It prolongs the maintenance cycle. At the same time, the integral fuel tank composed of corrugated fin radiator is produced by phosphating and multi-layer anti-rust spraying process, which has good weather resistance.









 

Main Functions And Features

1. The low-voltage winding is of cylindrical or spiral structure, with high mechanical strength and good short-circuit resistance.
2. The corrugated oil tank is adopted to replace the oil conservator. The oil tank cover and the oil tank are all welded along the edge or fastened with bolts, thus prolonging the service life of the transformer oil.
3. After oil removal, embroidery removal and phosphating treatment, the product is sprayed with three times of primer and one time of finish paint inside and outside. The product is salt fog proof, damp heat proof and fungus proof, which can meet the special requirements of metallurgy, petrochemical system and wet and polluted areas. It is beautiful and reliable.
4. The transformer oil tank is fully sealed, and equipped with pressure reducing valve, signal thermometer, gas relay, etc according to the standard requirements to ensure the safe operation of the transformer.
