Product introduction

110kV three-phase oil immersed power transformer is manufactured according to iec60076 standard and standards gb1094.1 ~ 2-1996 and gb1094.3.5-1985 of the Electrotechnical Commission, with frequency of 50Hz, which can be used for power transmission and transformation of industrial and agricultural power grid. The new series of 110kV power transformers are characterized by low noise, low partial discharge, low temperature rise, short circuit resistance, impact resistance, no leakage and beautiful appearance.
 

Product advantages

1. High quality cold-rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet is selected as the core, the full inclined pore free structure is adopted, and the low magnetic steel plate is used as the pull plate to firmly connect the upper and lower clamps with the core into a steel structure, so as to obtain less no-load loss and lower noise. The burr of silicon steel sheet shear port shall not be greater than 0.02mm. The no-load performance index is better than the national standard of China.

2.According to the capacity of the transformer, the winding adopts cylinder, spiral, continuous and other
structures. For the winding of 110kV UHV Transformer, the winding adopts tangle or inner screen
structure, so as to effectively improve the distribution of impulse voltage. The conductor adopts
transposed conductor or composite conductor, so as to reduce the additional loss of the winding, and
uses computer simulation to calculate the impact of electric field and winding The characteristics
ensure the excellent electrical characteristics and impact strength of the winding, and the effective
measures are adopted in the process to ensure its safe and reliable operation.
3,The pressing structure of 110kV UHV Transformer body adopts round insulating pressing plate. The whole winding assembly is adopted in the package process, which improves the reliability of the product.
4, The oil tank adopts a flat top bell jar structure, and the box wall is welded with folded plate type
reinforcing iron, which improves the mechanical strength of the oil tank. In order to reduce the stray loss
of the transformer, the inner wall of the large transformer is equipped with a magnetic shield.

Training We will provide free training to your technician free of charge at our factory site in Qingdao, China. The total training period would be 2 working days. All travel and related expensed would be at the purchaser's expense. c. Technical Documents: Original operation and service manuals, the service manual is completed with wiring diagram, block diagram and trouble shooting information. d. Installation Usually, clients can do the installation and operation by themselves when following the detailed English user manual. If clients want our technician do this work, please read the following terms: The initial installation is not included with the professional HFY team member. All installation with the Hengfengyou team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled. While Hengfengyou team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below. When initial installation is being called for the Hengfengyou team required, the surcharge will be made in advance by the purchase at US$100/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses; local and destination transportation charges (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation (minimum of 3 star hotel facility) and 3 daily meals.
