Product introduction
SCB11 epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer is safe, flame-retardant, fire-resistant and pollution-free. With the feature of maintenance free and easy installation, it can be directly installed in the load center. After shutdown, it can be restarting without pre-drying due to good moisture-proof performance. It performs with low loss, low partial discharge and low noise. Under forced air-cooling condition, it can operate at 120% of rated load. Its perfect temperature protection control system provides reliable grantee for safe operation of this transformer. The reliability index of the product reaches the advanced level in China.

Structural features:
1. The iron core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet.
2. Epoxy resin cast and sealing technique reduces no-load loss, no-load current and noise.
3. Temperature control system and air-cooling system adopts top-blowing cross flow fan, which has the characteristics of low noise, high wind pressure, beautiful look, etc.
4. The adoption of intelligent temperature controller improves the safety and reliability of the transformer.
5. Shell further protects the transformer safety. Options of the protection level are IP20, IP23, etc., and choice of shell material includes but no limited to aluminum alloy, cold-rolled steel plate, stainless steel.
6. The low-voltage outgoing line can be standard bus outgoing, side outgoing and top outgoing. Special customized outgoing way is available.

Working environment:
1.0 - 40 (ºc), relative humidity <70%;
2. altitude: not more than 2500 meters;
3. avoid being exposed to rain, moisture, heat, heat or direct sunshine. the cooling vents and the surrounding objects should have a distance of not less than 40cm;
4 to prevent work in corrosive liquids, or gas, dust, conductive fibers or metal debris more places;
5 to prevent work in vibration or electromagnetic interference sites;
6. avoid long-term inverted storage and transport, can not be strong impact.

c. technical documents:
original operation and service manuals, the service manual is completed with wiring diagram, block diagram and trouble shooting information.
d. installation
usually, clients can do the installation and operation by themselves when following the detailed english user manual. if clients want our technician do this work, please read the following terms:
the initial installation is not included with the professional hfy team member. all installation with the hengfengyou team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. all necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
while hengfengyou team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. the initial installation is provided within 5 working days excluding travel days. the actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode. each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below.
when initial installation is being called for the hengfengyou team required, the surcharge will be made in advance by the purchase at us$100/person/day plus all travel expenses. travel expenses; local and destination transportation charges (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation (minimum of 3 star hotel facility) and 3 daily meals
