KYN28-12 armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear vd4 high and low voltage switchgear
This equipment is indoor metal armoring with drawable switchgear (hereafter refer to as switchgear). With 3.6~12kv three phase AC 50Hz single bus bar and the single bus bar subsection system's complete electricity distribution equipment is used in the power plant, small and medium-sized generator power transmission, industry and mining business power distribution as well as electrical industry system's second transformer substation's electric take-over, power transmission and large-scale high pressure motor starting and so on. The purpose is to control, protect and monitor. This switch equipment is up to the standard of IEC298, GB3906 and can prevent the charge from pushing and pulling the breaker, from opening and closing the breaker, from insulation withelectricity by mistaken, from earthed switch closing the breaker, from opening the switch's interlock when it with electricity mistakenly. It can not only use with VS1 vacuum circuit breaker, but with ABB Corporation's VD4 vacuum circuit breaker. It is indeed akind of power distribution equipment with superior performance

The switchgear has undergone all the tests required by the international (IEC) Standards. Each
switchgear unit is subjected to routine tests in the factory before delivery. These tests are
intended to provide a functional check of the switchgear based on the specific characteristics of
each installation.

Structural characteristics
1. It has perfect mechanical and electrical double locking and anti error operation function.
2. The cabinet can be flexibly equipped with VS1, VYG, VD4, VN2 and other vacuum circuit
breakers.
3. The roof part adopts ventilation design, that is, it can meet the need of dust prevention
and no need to consider the problem of pressure relief.
4. Cabinet use: single axis, double shaft and so on, to meet different requirements.
5. Using Aluminum-zinc composite flanging process, application of flat screw installation,
flexible use, convenient, simple and practical, good performance.
6. KYN28-24 in the high voltage electrical equipment quality supervision and inspection center
through the full tank type experiment, its design and manufacture fully meet the requirements of
GB, DC, IEC standards.

3. After sale service
a.All parts are under Two Years Warranty with defects from manufacturer. All spare parts and component can be offered for free from the original manufacturer or HFY.
b. Training
We will provide free training to your technician free of charge at our factory site in Shanghai, China. The total training period would be 2 working days. All travel and related expensed would be at the purchaser's expense.
c. Technical Documents:
Original operation and service manuals, the service manual is completed with wiring diagram, block diagram and trouble shooting information.
d. Installation
Usually, clients can do the installation and operation by themselves when following the detailed English user manual. If clients want our technician do this work, please read the following terms:
The initial installation is not included with the professional HFY team member. All installation with the Hengfengyou team must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
While Hengfengyou team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours. Any additional day will be charge according to our service fee listed below.
When initial installation is being called for the Hengfengyou team required, the surcharge will be made in advance by the purchase at US$100/person/day plus all travel expenses. Travel expenses; local and destination transportation charges (air, train, ferry, bus, taxi or any means of transportation required to arrive to/from destination); accommodation (minimum of 3 star hotel facility) and 3 daily meals
